Well, this is embarrassing. I think it's pretty clear that my heart isn't really into this site anymore. I'm just always so busy with school and work, and I seem to be a lot more interested in print design these days. That said, I have no plans to close this site, contrary to what that spammer on the tag board has said. I have invested countless hours in this site, and I feel like I've created a great resource for Titanic lovers, and I'd like to keep it running for as long as possible. I keep thinking I'd like to do a bit of a re-design; streamline the content I don't update, fix the code (now that I know more about proper coding technique, and also since coding convention has changed a lot in the last 8 years), etc. So. We'll see. But for now, enjoy the gallery, the videos, and all the other goodies I have up here!

Um, so... yeah. I suck. I have just been so busy that this site is really suffering. I know I keep saying I'm busy, but it's true. I get older, and my busy-ness increases. I'm actually working towards my Bachelor of Design right now (that's why I've been so busy for the past couple... years)--and it's this site that got me headed in that direction in the first place! Cool, no?

I hope you're all having a wonderful winter holiday break--Merry Christmas! Who's using this time to go see Revolutionary Road? Doesn't it look amazing? Leo & Kate have such wonderful chemistry, I'm really curious to see how it has matured over the last decade. I'm also super-excited for The Reader. Kate is such a wonderful actress that I'd see pretty much anything she was in.

Hey everyone! Torli here. Sorry for the dismal lack of updates. All of the forms that have been sent over the last several months have dissapeared into a black hole, never to be seen again, thanks to some confusion with the renewal of my domain satinskies.net. Alas. So sorry. I'm trying to decide what direction to take this site in, as I obviously don't have a lot of time to devote to it, and what time I do have is steadily decreasing. I really don't want to close, and I shouldn't have to, but it is pathetic to have worked so hard on this site, and not be able to update it and make it as great as it could and should be. I've been looking at Titanic costumes a lot recently, so I should have some new information to post on several of the dresses, which is pretty exciting for me; I just finished my second Swim dress, a lunch dress, and a jump dress. Anyhow, I just wanted you all to know I'm not dead, and I do still remember that this site exists. Keep making it count!

I added lots of captions and survey responses, and answered 2 webmistress questions. I've got lots more time now, so I'll consider a new layout sometime in the near future. Thanks for visiting!
